Does this service really cost so little?
It seems too good to be true doesn’t it? Business coaches and mentors tend to cost many thousands of pounds a year so why would someone be offering you a service so inexpensively? You can be assured that there’s not a list of extras or plan to upsell additional costly services to you - we just want to help as many small business people as possible.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We’ll have an initial chat in advance of getting started to establish whether you might find the consultation beneficial. We’ll get an idea about your business, some of the challenges you’re dealing with and which areas you feel you would like to focus on if you proceed with the consultation.
If we both agree to go ahead with the “Pathfinder” ongoing business coach consultation we’ll set a mutually agreeable date on which to hold the “kick-off” meeting. You can look forward to the day safe in the knowledge that it is designed to be a relaxed, informal, fun, enjoyable opportunity to take a look at your business with the assistance of an extra pair of eyes.
We’ll start off by planning and executing a review of your current operations, sales, and marketing activities as well as the public facing aspects of your business: whether you have a clear and effective online presence including, where appropriate, website, social media, press coverage, and booking/enquiry handling procedures.
You have very little to lose and everything to gain from engaging in an exciting, enjoyable, pathfinder adventure to see where it can lead you and your business.
THE YEAR LONG PROGRAMME
Once we’ve identified your short, medium, and long term objectives across a variety of areas of your business we’ll establish a plan and strategy to help you achieve those objectives on an agreed schedule.
The ongoing advice, guidance, and mentoring is delivered via a weekly call and a monthly meeting both scheduled for a day and time that suits the needs of your business.
Running your own business and being the boss can be an incredibly lonely and isolating experience - having an objective, experienced mentor and coach to use as a sounding board can be the difference between success and failure, and equally importantly, between happiness, contentment, and fun as opposed to doom, gloom, and a sense of being alone.
Every client is unique and how the consultation is conducted depends on a variety of factors such as location, type of business, and the main objectives you highlight in our initial chat. We’ll decide in advance whether to meet in-person or remotely depending on the circumstances.
